You know how to build solid test strategies, figure out what test data and environments are needed and you are great at spotting risks You are comfortable talking to clients and can easily turn their business needs into a clear, workable QA plan Profile specialization “Technical Test Architect”: You are well-versed in coding in languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python and can jump in to help build out our automation frameworks You have got a great handle on popular test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Appium. You also know your way around other tools of the trade, like X-Ray for test management, Postman for APIs and even tools like Tricentis Tosca or UIPath Plugging automated tests into a CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity is second nature to you Profile specialization “Methodology Test Architect”: You have hands-on experience in assessing process maturity and collaborating with clients to define and implement recommendations You have built and defended business case simulations for stakeholders on the benefits of your proposed recommendations You understand change management in organizations and how to empower people to take the next step You are a natural leader who loves a good challenge! You are great at explaining techy stuff to anyone, you are not afraid to take charge and you have a real knack for solving tricky problems
