Role Overview We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience to support and enhance modern containerized platforms in an Agile environment. The role focuses on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure with Helm, ensuring platform reliability through monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, and driving efficient, secure, and scalable software delivery through close collaboration with development, QA, and platform teams. Skills 6+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience in containerized environments Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Grafana, Docker, Vault, CI/CD pipelines and container platforms Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Grafana Good understanding of infrastructure automation, release management and environment stability Strong collaboration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset within Agile teams Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for client applications Manage Kubernetes-based platforms using Helm and support containerized workloads across environments Monitor platform health, performance and reliability using observability tools such as Grafana Collaborate with developers, QA and platform stakeholders to improve release quality and operational efficiency Contribute to infrastructure standardization, incident resolution, security and continuous improvement
