Promote DevOps and shift-left engineering principles across development teams.
Mentor and support engineers across the wider technology function.
Improve platform observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational performance.
Facilitate collaboration between development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Required Experience
6+ years' experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering environments.
Previous experience in a technical leadership, team lead, or senior engineering role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
App Services

Virtual Machines
Strong Kubernetes experience within production environments.
Commercial experience with Terraform and Helm.
Strong CI/CD experience, ideally using Azure DevOps.
Scripting or development experience in at least one of the following:
Python
Go

Bash
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and platform design.
Experience working within cross-functional engineering teams.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
Desirable Experience
Cloudflare, Edge Computing, or WAF experience.
Exposure to AI or Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
Experience working within consultancy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
What's on Offer
Fully remote working.
Opportunity to lead and shape DevOps strategy within a growing technology consultancy.
Significant influence over engineering standards, tooling, and platform direction.
Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies and enterprise-scale environments.
Collaborative and highly technical engineering culture.
