About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Operations Engineer (all genders) to join our dynamic team within the Risk & Fraud business division. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our development and operational environments are secure, scalable, and highly available. Your primary focus will be on maintaining system stability, enhancing security measures, implementing automation, and driving operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the robustness and reliability of our platform. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or IT operations, preferably within a financial or security-focused environment. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure to support development and production environments. Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes to improve operational efficiency. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for performance and security. Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps best practices. Implement security measures and conduct regular audits to safeguard data and infrastructure. Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance operational workflows.
