UX Front-End Developer

Accountabilities As a UX Front-End Developer, you will contribute to the evolution of enterprise applications by implementing user-focused improvements while ensuring technical quality and consistency. Implement user interface updates across existing enterprise web applications. Apply new stylesheets, layout enhancements, and screen redesigns while preserving existing functionality. Modernize application screens as part of broader UX improvement initiatives. Work with established frontend technologies to deliver consistent experiences across different application modules. Collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to validate UI changes and address usability challenges. Maintain high standards for code quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth user experiences. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve interface design, usability, and overall application performance. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend developer with strong technical skills and a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. 5+ years of professional experience developing frontend web applications. Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Vue.js. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience enhancing and modernizing existing applications rather than only creating new interfaces. Ability to implement UX improvements while maintaining technical stability and application performance. Strong understanding of frontend development best practices, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
