Accountabilities: As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving user-centered design strategies, improving customer experiences, and creating solutions that connect business goals with user needs. Your responsibilities will include: Mapping complete customer journeys, identifying digital and physical touchpoints and opportunities for improvement; Analyzing experience metrics and user behavior data, including NPS, CSAT, CES, and usage insights, to identify friction points; Proposing improvements beyond digital interfaces, considering customer service, communication, and internal processes; Developing personas and user archetypes based on research and behavioral data; Creating service blueprints, journey maps, and omnichannel experience frameworks; Supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention; Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities; Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interface specifications for web and mobile products; Planning and executing usability tests to validate design hypotheses with real users; Developing, evolving, and maintaining design systems and component libraries; Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Requirements: We are looking for a senior UX professional with strong experience in product design, user research, and customer experience strategy. The ideal candidate should have: Solid experience in UX Design, UX Strategy, or Product Design roles; Previous experience in financial services, especially investment-related products; Experience with customer journey mapping, service design, and omnichannel experiences; Experience analyzing experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES, as well as user behavior data; Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research techniques; Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing processes; Experience building and maintaining design systems; Strategic mindset with strong business vision and focus on measurable impact; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; Experience working in agile product environments and squads; Knowledge of CX, Service Design, or Design Ops practices is a plus; Experience with large-scale products, regulated environments, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing is desirable; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
