Accountabilities: The UX Designer will lead the design of customer experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring solutions are user-centered, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Design end-to-end user experiences across storefronts, product pages, landing pages, checkout journeys, and customer-facing applications. Map customer journeys and optimize conversion experiences from initial discovery through signup, checkout, and activation. Improve subscriber experiences by designing intuitive account and management flows that support customer retention. Translate research insights, behavioral data, and product strategy into clear user flows and design requirements. Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions through customer feedback and experimentation. Create information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts before visual design. Define interaction patterns, states, and logic while providing clear documentation for UI and engineering teams. Build and refine reusable components and ensure designs are practical, scalable, and ready for implementation. Partner with product and design teams to support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous experience improvements. Use analytics tools, funnel data, session recordings, and heatmaps to identify opportunities and measure design impact. Champion usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles across all customer touchpoints. Contribute to the development of new digital products and experiences from concept through launch. Help create consistent UX patterns across multiple markets while contributing to a shared design system. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a UX professional with strong product design experience, a research-driven mindset, and the ability to create experiences that deliver measurable business results. Approximately 3–5 years of experience in UX design or product design roles. Experience designing digital products, ideally within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or subscription-based environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX expertise in information architecture, user flows, prototyping, research, and measurable business impact. Experience conducting usability testing and translating user insights into actionable design decisions. Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer journeys, and retention-focused experiences. Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and using data to guide design improvements. Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and collaborative design workflows. Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Curious, proactive, and motivated by building impactful products and customer experiences. Experience contributing validated flows and interaction patterns to a shared design system is an asset. Familiarity with agentic coding, web design architecture, Shopify, CRO tools, funnel analytics, session recordings, and heatmaps is an asset.
