Test Automation Engineer

Define and implement best practices for test design, test automation, and quality assurance. Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test scenarios and test cases. Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test scripts. Ensure high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Promote and reinforce quality engineering principles within the squad. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve product quality. Challenge existing processes and proactively propose improvements and innovative solutions. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices. Share knowledge, contribute to QA communities, and support the evolution of testing practices across the organization. 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering. Hands-on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. Proficient with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible . Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Dynatrace . Solid administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.
