Telco Automation Engineer (OpenShift, Kubernetes)

About the job Title: Telco Automation Engineer (OpenShift, Kubernetes) Location: Bulgaria (Remote) Employment Contract. Job Description: Support day-to-day operations of OpenShift, Kubernetes, OpenStack, CNF and VNF platforms. Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible, AWX and Linux scripting. Monitor platform health using Prometheus, Dynatrace and Splunk. Configure and optimize metrics, logs ingestion, alerting rules, and monitoring dashboards. Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for operational visibility and service health monitoring. Troubleshoot platform, monitoring, automation, and tool integration issues. Support incident, problem, and change management activities. Collaborate with Platform, SRE, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through automation and observability enhancements. Scope: Monitoring, platform operations, and automation.
