About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer with French to drive technical excellence across a team responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, architecture involvement, technical leadership, and close collaboration with development and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Define and validate technical solutions and architectures
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Support architectural and technical decision-making
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions
• Coordinate with development, cloud, and integration teams
• Contribute to complex incident analysis and resolution
• Maintain technical standards and architecture documentation
