Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Temporary)

Accountabilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, offer management, and pre-employment support. Support high-volume recruiting initiatives across federal government contracts, corporate roles, proposal staffing efforts, and urgent hiring priorities. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and program stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies and execute effective hiring plans. Recruit qualified professionals across a variety of disciplines, including healthcare, clinical, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, administrative, and professional services roles. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing methods. Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and overall alignment with open positions. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking system data, interview feedback, and hiring activity documentation while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies. Support workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, career fairs, and additional Talent Acquisition projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent relevant recruiting experience may be considered. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting federal government contracts or government-focused hiring environments. Demonstrated experience recruiting for organizations supporting DoD, healthcare, civilian federal agencies, or other government programs. Strong sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking strategies, and passive candidate engagement techniques. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines and business priorities. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, proposal recruiting, incumbent capture staffing, or transition hiring is strongly preferred. Knowledge of OFCCP regulations, EEO requirements, affirmative action practices, and federal contractor compliance is a plus. Experience recruiting nationwide across multiple states and customer programs is preferred. Occasional travel may be required. Benefits Competitive total compensation package. Paid leave benefits.
