Accountabilities: The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will support the continuous improvement of recruiting operations by managing systems, optimizing workflows, and delivering scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and optimizing Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and operational processes to improve efficiency and user experience. Troubleshooting system issues and providing operational support to recruiters, coordinators, hiring teams, and external partners. Managing and contributing to TA operations projects, including process improvements, workflow optimization, and system enhancements. Supporting the implementation and improvement of recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation solutions. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and coordinating releases to ensure successful system updates. Creating and maintaining documentation, process maps, and enablement resources to support global recruiting teams. Analyzing operational data and insights to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across recruiting operations. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and combines technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills. Required qualifications and experience include: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related recruiting operations function. Proven experience supporting TA operations projects, including process improvement, system implementations, or workflow optimization. Hands-on experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and troubleshooting within a Talent Acquisition environment. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues in a fast-paced environment. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and release coordination. Strong documentation, process-mapping, and operational organization skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work schedules aligned with North American time zones, including regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET).
