Accountabilities: As a Field Electronics Technician, you will provide technical assistance to customers by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on industrial electronic equipment. You will act as a trusted technical partner, ensuring high-quality service delivery and helping customers maintain efficient operations. Perform technical visits and on-site support for key customer accounts. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic equipment. Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions. Travel to different customer locations and operational sites according to business needs. Use company-provided transportation for field service activities. Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality support. Ensure service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational standards. Contribute to regional performance through timely problem resolution and excellent customer service. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional with experience or strong interest in electronics, industrial environments, and customer-facing technical support. The role requires adaptability, responsibility, and a willingness to continuously develop technical expertise. Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Valid category B driver’s license. Availability for frequent travel and field-based activities. Flexibility to adapt to different schedules, locations, and customer requirements. Ability to work in Recife/PE or the surrounding metropolitan region. Interest in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service activities. Experience with industrial electronic equipment maintenance is a plus. Previous field service experience or exposure to industrial environments is advantageous. Basic English knowledge is considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
