Support- SCM Documentation

Accountabilities: Manage and verify supply chain documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures. Review, process, and maintain records related to logistics activities and operational transactions. Support documentation tracking and follow up on pending approvals or required information. Act as a point of contact for documentation-related queries, ensuring timely and professional communication with relevant stakeholders. Maintain organized records and ensure easy accessibility of documents when required. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency. Perform additional administrative and documentation tasks as needed to support supply chain operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics, documentation, supply chain support, or related areas. Good understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations. Experience with document verification, record management, and process coordination. Basic understanding of accounting-related processes and invoice or bill processing activities. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with digital tools and documentation systems. High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
