Accountabilities: The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, coordinating field activities, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of operational processes. Receive and manage new service requests from clients, ensuring proper prioritization and compliance with established deadlines. Monitor the progress of field activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and operational procedures. Coordinate the distribution of assignments among auditors and field teams, considering location, timelines, and operational priorities. Collaborate with internal operational teams to validate materials, documentation, and information provided to clients. Supervise and support teams operating across different regions, ensuring process standardization and service consistency. Identify training and development needs within the team and support capability-building initiatives. Monitor operational performance indicators and proactively address challenges or inefficiencies. Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven work environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural operations and team leadership, combined with strong organizational and communication skills. Technical degree, technologist qualification, or university degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related field. Previous experience in leadership or supervisory positions. Valid Category B driver's license, issued for a minimum of two years. Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience coordinating field operations and geographically distributed teams is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions in dynamic environments. Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
