Operating at the intersection of gaming, technology, and user engagement, the platform enables seamless cross-game interactions powered by innovative mechanics. With plans to rapidly scale this year, the team is seeking builders who thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas move from concept to live product in weeks. Requirements Serve as the senior subject matter expert for one or more domains (e.g., Payments/Wallet, Platform, Compliance/Security, Player Account, Promotions), guiding teams through the full project lifecycle to deliver applications and platform capabilities successfully. Provide expert-level guidance to engineering and product teams, contributing to high-level architecture and design decisions, and recommending improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness. Partner with application teams on solution design and delivery, ensuring integrations work cleanly with enterprise infrastructure and third-party vendors (payment processors, KYC, fraud, analytics). Lead requirements discovery and validation with business stakeholders, BAs, and user communities; translate business goals into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Own and maintain ongoing documentation for requirements, system design, workflows, operational runbooks, and implementation decisions to ensure continuity and auditability.
