Sr. Implementation Manager

Accountabilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, cardiology practices, and imaging centers. Conduct pre-sales discovery sessions to assess clinical workflows, technical infrastructure, integrations, security requirements, implementation risks, and project readiness. Partner with sales and solution teams to define implementation strategies, project scope, timelines, and customer expectations before project kickoff. Develop, manage, and execute detailed implementation plans while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation, providing proactive communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. Act as a subject matter expert on the organization's technology platform, web services, image transfer capabilities, and implementation best practices. Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams to resolve technical and operational challenges through collaborative problem-solving. Lead client transition activities following implementation, ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success and support teams. Conduct implementation retrospectives, document lessons learned, and recommend continuous improvements to implementation methodologies and workflows. Support post-implementation initiatives, including workflow optimization projects, custom integrations, and ongoing client enhancement requests. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience leading implementation management, project management, or client delivery initiatives. Proven success managing multiple complex implementation projects involving diverse stakeholder groups. Strong understanding of hospital, health system, and imaging center operations. Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, healthcare workflows, order sets, and clinical technology implementations. Excellent project planning, organization, prioritization, and execution skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify and mitigate implementation risks. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new healthcare software platforms and technologies. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $155,000 , based on location, experience, and qualifications. Target annual bonus opportunity of 15% , with total target cash compensation ranging from $138,000 to $173,250 . Equity through stock options as part of the overall total rewards package.
