About the job Solution Architect Fully remote, global. Any time zone. Fluent English required. Conquer AI deploys production-ready AI systems for FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 clients. We're scaling fast. Before any of our engineers write a line of code, someone has to decide what we're actually building and why it will hold up in production. That's you. The reality of this role This isn't a diagram exercise. You'll sit in the room with a client's CTO, work out what their business actually needs, then design the architecture that gets them there. Every choice you make, data pipelines, model selection, RAG design, integration with their existing systems, has to survive contact with a live enterprise environment. Get the architecture wrong and it shows up months later as an outage or a client who's lost confidence. Get it right and the whole delivery team builds on solid ground. What you'll own End-to-end architecture for client AI deployments, from data pipeline to serving layer Technical discovery with enterprise clients, turning business problems into concrete blueprints Decisions on cloud platforms, vector databases, orchestration frameworks and model serving RAG pipeline and agentic workflow design for enterprise use cases Governance, security and compliance built into every design, not bolted on after The architectural standard the delivery team builds to Who you are You've designed and shipped enterprise-scale AI architecture, not just prototypes Fluent in LLM integration patterns, RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector) Comfortable across at least two major cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) Strong in orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and Python You think about drift detection, retraining triggers and rollback procedures before something breaks, not after You can walk a CTO through your design decisions in language that lands, then defend them to your own engineers in detail Fluent English, comfortable operating async across a globally distributed team Where you're coming from Senior Solutions Architect, AI/ML Architect or Principal Engineer at a cloud provider, enterprise consultancy or scaling AI company. You've been the architectural authority behind someone else's delivery. Now you want the mandate direct.
