Accountabilities: The Software Developer will analyze complex technical and business requirements to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role works closely with product owners, analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver reliable applications while following established development standards and Agile practices. Create detailed technical specifications and translate business requirements into effective software solutions. Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code based on user stories and technical documentation. Develop and enhance applications using .NET technologies while following software development best practices. Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver technology solutions. Support application design decisions and provide recommendations for system improvements. Perform Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues escalated by IT support teams. Assist with system integrations, middleware solutions, and application interoperability. Support production releases and validate successful deployment activities. Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and coordinate issue resolution when required. Participate in code reviews, testing processes, source control management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and support to less experienced developers when needed. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced software developer with strong .NET expertise, a solid understanding of enterprise application development, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile technology environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and supporting software applications. Experience building and maintaining highly transactional, mission-critical applications in multi-user environments. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, code reviews, source control, and deployment processes. Experience with the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong .NET development skills and experience designing scalable software solutions. Experience with system integration and middleware technologies. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins and GitHub. Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to design solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. Must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, Arizona, as occasional in-person attendance may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
