Role Overview: We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to integrate our teams into a client project focused on designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in defining architecture standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow-based digital workflows aligned with business needs. What you will do: Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture solutions aligned with business and IT requirements; Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations; Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM); Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables. What you are like: Proficient in ServiceNow architecture, including platform design and module implementation; Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks such as ITIL; Proficient in scripting and development within ServiceNow (JavaScript, APIs, integrations); Experienced in designing integrations with external systems and enterprise architecture patterns; Familiar with governance, security, and performance optimisation within ServiceNow environments; Collaborative, communicative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
