The Role
Work directly with customers to accelerate projects and recommend best-practice architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor, shaping guidance based on customer priorities and finding inventive ways to add value.
Capture and share customer feedback to influence the roadmap of new features and services.
Evangelize and educate about technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, and public speaking.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Experience in IT development, implementation, or consulting in software or Internet industries.
Expertise in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
Passion for startups and cloud architectures, with a genuine curiosity about leveraging technology for business objectives.
