Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities Build, maintain, and improve frontend web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, scalability, and reliability. Develop reusable frontend components, libraries, and platform capabilities that support modern decentralized application experiences. Contribute to open-source projects by managing community contributions, reviewing issues, and improving shared engineering resources. Design and implement key components of a unified technology stack to support platform scalability and decentralization. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform ideas into high-quality user-facing features. Apply modern frontend architecture principles and best practices across security, accessibility, performance, and maintainability. Support teams building blockchain-based products by providing technical guidance and applying industry standards for decentralized application development. Write clean, tested, and maintainable code while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and shipping user-facing web applications. Strong experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript, React, Next.js, and related frontend technologies. Proven ability to design and deliver production-ready user experiences with strong attention to performance, security, and usability. Experience working with blockchain or onchain technologies and integrating decentralized components into web applications. Solid understanding of frontend architecture, application design patterns, and modern software development practices. Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Strong commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested, maintainable software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, distributed environments. Experience with Go, Reth, Foundry, Solidity, or other blockchain development tools is a plus. Previous contributions to open-source crypto projects are highly valued. Experience building responsive web or mobile applications and working with experimentation or A/B testing frameworks is considered an advantage.
