Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the job For our client, we are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Own the design and evolution of CI/CD pipeline architecture Modernize deployment pipelines for Kotlin-based AWS Lambda services Design scalable, resilient AWS cloud infrastructure Build end-to-end observability for metrics, logging, and alerting Own the release process and ensure quality deployments Lead remediation of security vulnerabilities Guide team towards reliability and security best practices Qualifications 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering Strong experience with AWS Serverless architectures Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation Ability to design and optimize deployment pipelines Strong communication and organizational skills Understanding of system design patterns for reliability Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision benefits from Day One 5% matching 401k Opportunity for annual cash bonus Employee stock program Financial support and mental health resources Volunteer paid days off Foundation donation matching Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
