About the job Job Title: Senior SaaS Platform Engineer (Remote - Egypt) Compensation: €2500 up to €3,500 / month Location: Remote (Egypt) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SaaS Platform Engineer to administer, govern, and optimize our enterprise collaboration, innovation, and AI-enabled platforms within international environments. You will act as the primary technical owner across the complete platform lifecycle—from onboarding, permission management, and REST API/webhook automation to governance, adoption analytics, and continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Platform Ownership & Governance: Manage user administration, workspace/tenant permissions, compliance, standards, and vendor management across SaaS tools (Slack, Miro, AI prototyping tools like v0/Lovable, Synthesia, etc.). • Automation & Integrations: Build and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and lightweight scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript to automate enterprise workflows and low-code/no-code processes. • Analytics & Reporting: Track usage analytics, adoption metrics, and operational KPIs using Power BI. • Technical Operations & Support: Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, platform upgrades, and release management. • Stakeholder Management: Partner with global business units to provide technical consulting, user onboarding, and digital workplace enablement. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Platform Engineering, Platform Administration, or Digital Workplace environments in international enterprise organizations. • Proven hands-on experience administering enterprise collaboration tools (Slack, Miro) and exposure to AI-powered platforms. • Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and JavaScript/TypeScript for platform integrations and workflow automation. • Expertise in building KPI dashboards, usage reports, and adoption metrics in Power BI. • Solid understanding of SaaS security best practices, data protection, and platform governance. • Comfort working independently as a technical owner within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
