Senior Recruiter

Accountabilities Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for cleared civilian, military, and technical professionals supporting defense-related programs across the United States. Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines for specialized positions. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, leadership meetings, and hiring logistics to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment priorities, staffing plans, and hiring objectives across multiple projects. Track staffing activities, personnel actions, onboarding documentation, and recruitment metrics while maintaining accurate records. Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable security clearance requirements and personnel policies. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen hiring processes. Handle sensitive personnel information with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience recruiting or sourcing cleared civilian, military, or Department of Defense personnel. Experience supporting U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or joint military organizations. Strong understanding of military personnel processes, security clearance requirements, administrative procedures, and workforce operations. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized or security-sensitive roles. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment administration tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting senior military or civilian leadership is highly desirable. Previous recruiting experience supporting Hanscom Air Force Base is preferred.
