Accountabilities: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, improve candidate pipelines, and deliver effective recruiting strategies. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across multiple roles and functions. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management. Build strong relationships with candidates by providing a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging recruitment experience. Use AI-powered recruiting tools and modern sourcing techniques to increase efficiency while maintaining strong human judgment throughout the process. Support hiring initiatives by improving pipeline quality, reducing time-to-hire, and helping teams make informed hiring decisions. Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, creating structure and solutions where needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent recruiting practices and a positive candidate experience. Apply recruiting best practices and maintain high standards for communication, organization, and compliance throughout the hiring process. Contribute insights and recommendations to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and strategies. Requirements: 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment. Strong understanding of recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership. Experience using AI tools within recruiting workflows, with the ability to identify where automation can improve efficiency while preserving human decision-making. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, data engineering, product management, or data science is preferred. Familiarity with recruiting platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem, G Suite, or similar technologies. Experience with AI-assisted sourcing, screening, or outreach tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent candidate-facing abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Passion for creating equitable access to opportunities and supporting mission-driven organizations. Benefits: Competitive annualized salary range of $85,000–$110,000 USD, prorated for the 6-month contract term. Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
