Accountabilities: The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution by identifying customer challenges, defining priorities, and delivering solutions that drive business and user outcomes. The role requires strong collaboration across teams to ensure successful product development and continuous improvement. Define and design product features that address customer needs and enhance the overall user experience. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, strategies, feature backlogs, and documentation to guide execution. Conduct market research, analyze customer segments, evaluate competitors, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and business teams to design, build, and launch scalable solutions. Gather and analyze customer feedback through support insights, user testing, sales data, and direct customer interactions. Create product specifications, use cases, and interface concepts to support development efforts. Monitor product performance metrics and usage data to inform roadmap decisions and optimization opportunities. Stay informed on healthcare technology trends, regulatory requirements, and industry changes impacting product direction. Lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders while balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in software product management, healthcare technology, and B2B SaaS environments. They should combine strategic thinking with analytical skills and the ability to drive execution across diverse teams. 5+ years of experience in product management focused on software applications. Proven experience managing products within a B2B SaaS or cloud software environment using agile methodologies. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems. Demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges. Experience conducting market research, defining customer needs, and translating insights into actionable product requirements. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and make informed trade-offs. Experience collaborating closely with engineering, UX, finance, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
