About the job Senior Platform Engineer Remote (US) | Active Secret Clearance Required (TS Preferred) We're partnered with a fast-growing federal technology consultancy that's building the next generation of secure infrastructure supporting some of the most important AI and data programmes across the Department of Defense. This isn't an application development role. We're looking for engineers who are passionate about designing, automating, and operating the infrastructure that powers mission-critical platforms. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges at scale, this could be the role for you. What You'll Be Doing Designing and operating secure Kubernetes platforms Building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi Automating deployments across highly secure environments Working with engineering teams supporting large-scale federal platforms Helping shape the future of modern cloud infrastructure What We're Looking For Active Secret Clearance (TS preferred) Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevSecOps background Strong Kubernetes experience Terraform and/or Pulumi Linux Infrastructure as Code 8-15+ years' experience Strong infrastructure background (not application focused) CKA Certification is a huge plus Why Join? - Fully remote - Long-term, stable programmes - not short consulting engagements - Work on nationally significant platforms supporting the DoD - Join a business investing heavily in engineering talent - Clear progression and opportunities to work on multiple flagship programmes over time Salary: $160,000–170,000 + bonus
