Senior .NET Engineer

Accountabilities: The Senior .NET Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing backend solutions while ensuring technical excellence, reliability, and collaboration across teams. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ADO.NET, and SQL Server. Build and evolve SOAP and REST APIs following best practices, including proper versioning and maintainability standards. Implement reliable software solutions through unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Support system integrations and apply appropriate software architecture patterns to create scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support the development of junior team members. Contribute to CI/CD processes and help improve engineering workflows and delivery efficiency. Identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement across existing solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply relevant practices to enhance software quality. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a senior backend developer with strong .NET expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in complex and collaborative environments. Proven professional experience developing production systems using .NET Framework and .NET Core. Strong knowledge of C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience creating and maintaining SOAP and RESTful services. Experience with XML serialization and deserialization. Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices. Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with international teams. Proactive mindset, ownership of responsibilities, and ability to adapt to changing requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning.
