Senior Microsoft Fabric Solutions Architect at BairesDev
In this role, you'll be the single point of technical accountability across an enterprise analytics environment build on Microsoft Fabric, anchoring the engagement end-to-end and making the architectural decisions that shape the platform. Reviewing work across all engineering roles and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders up to CIO level, you'll own the technical vision from lakehouse architecture through the reporting layer. What You'll Do
Own end-to-end architectural decisions across a Microsoft Fabric analytics environment build.
Review and guide work across all engineering roles on the engagement.
Design and oversee lakehouse architecture, medallion patterns, and capacity management at production scale.
Own the architecture of the reporting layer, including semantic models and security design.
Engage directly with client stakeholders up to CIO level.
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of experience in software engineering or data architecture.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric including lakehouse architecture, medallion patterns, capacity management, Spark, and Data Factory at production scale.
Hands-on experience with Power BI semantic model design including DAX, row/object-level security, XMLA endpoints, and Tabular Editor.
Proven experience owning architectural decisions on enterprise-scale engagements.
Strong client-facing communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in English.
