About The Role
In this role, you will help shape how AI models troubleshoot and solve complex enterprise technology challenges. You will work alongside AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to evaluate AI-generated diagnostics, validate remediation guidance, and create high-quality training datasets across Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, and Collaboration technologies, with a strong focus on the Cisco ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation across development, staging, and production environments.
Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Operate containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk) to ensure system reliability and fast incident detection.
Automate operational workflows using scripting (Python, Bash) and REST APIs to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
Own incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, driving remediation
and documenting resolutions.
Embed security and compliance practices into the delivery pipeline (secrets management, vulnerability scanning, access control)
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and product teams to align infrastructure and release practices with delivery goals
Maintain clear technical documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, runbooks, and operational procedures
Continuously improve tooling and processes to increase deployment frequency, reduce lead time, and strengthen system resilience
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering role
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) and configuration management
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation and tooling
Working knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and a practice of writing clear operational documentation
Experience in іntegrating REST/DevNet-style APIs to extract, normalize, or automate data from third-party platforms
Exposure to network or infrastructure diagnostics (e.g., Cisco platforms, telemetry tools) as part of an automation or observability workflow
Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, CKA, Terraform Associate
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally under time pressure
