Senior Fullstack Engineer

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend environments. Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern React-based technologies. Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and optimize application architectures, databases, and RESTful APIs to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience. Collaborate closely with product, design, AI, and engineering stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions and new product capabilities. Integrate AI-powered functionalities and third-party services into product workflows and user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code while contributing to engineering standards and best practices. Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and operational performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role within product-focused organizations. Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience building modern web applications. Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance frontend and backend systems. Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture principles, and distributed application design. Experience working with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Microsoft Azure. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development and deployment practices. Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and engineering best practices. Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered services is considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with modern frontend architectures, state management solutions, and responsive design principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
