Senior DevOps Engineer

About the job Manpower Bulgaria is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer on behalf of a leading international organization undergoing a large-scale cloud transformation journey. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), driving cloud platform standardization, DevOps automation, and enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Azure and GitHub Enterprise best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise • Establish GitHub Enterprise standards, including repository governance, branching strategies, reusable workflows, runners, and security controls • Integrate and manage Azure services such as Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor • Standardize deployment processes through reusable pipeline templates and automation • Develop monitoring, logging, and self-service platform capabilities for engineering teams • Collaborate with architecture, platform, and security teams to ensure secure and compliant cloud operations • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across DevOps teams Requirements: • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification or equivalent Azure certification • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and GitHub Enterprise • Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation • Experience with YAML, Python, Bash, Ansible, and API-driven provisioning • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, cloud security, IAM, certificates, and encryption • Experience with monitoring, logging, and dashboard solutions • Interest or experience in GitHub AI capabilities and Agentic AI • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field What the Company Offers: • Fully remote work from Bulgaria • Opportunity to join a global Cloud Center of Excellence • Involvement in large-scale cloud transformation initiatives • Access to modern Azure and GitHub Enterprise technologies • Professional development opportunities, training, and certifications • Competitive compensation package and attractive employee benefits Ready to take the next step in your career?
