We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a team building an internal Developer Experience (DevEx) platform that empowers engineering teams to deliver software faster, safer, and with less operational overhead. This is an opportunity to work on modern cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, GitOps, AI-powered automation, and developer self-service solutions. What you'll do Build and evolve an internal developer platform used by multiple engineering teams Design and improve GitOps-based delivery pipelines using ArgoCD Automate infrastructure with Terraform/OpenTofu Manage Kubernetes workloads running on AWS EKS Create reusable CI/CD workflows and platform automation Improve developer experience through self-service platform capabilities Work closely with CloudOps, DevSecOps, SRE, and FinOps teams Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar) to accelerate development, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation Research and introduce new platform technologies and best practices What we're looking for Must have 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong AWS experience (EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) Solid Kubernetes operational experience Hands-on experience with GitOps and ArgoCD Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) Strong GitHub administration experience Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus Programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash) Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills Comfortable using AI-powered engineering tools in day-to-day work Nice to have Backstage or Port (Internal Developer Platforms) Crossplane Argo Rollouts, Workflows, or Events Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog) Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) FinOps practices Policy as Code (OPA, Kyverno) AWS or Kubernetes certifications Why join this project?
