We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (Go) to lead the modernization of our platform from Azure/Databricks to AWS. In this role, you will combine CIA breadth with deep modernization expertise across containers, Databricks on AWS and Go-based services, owning everything around the EC2 estate.

Responsibilities
Drive platform modernization from Azure/Databricks to AWS
Own all infrastructure and operations around the EC2 instances
Build and operate Amazon EKS clusters, including application onboarding and day-2 operations
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code at scale across the AWS environment
Set up Databricks on AWS, including workspace configuration and cluster patterns
Lead data migrations across clouds using AWS Database Migration Service
Manage Active Directory sync, file system migration and application onboarding patterns
Develop Go-based services integrated with IaC tooling
Oversee networking, compute, storage and automation as part of CIA scope
Requirements
3+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles
Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code at scale
Proficiency in Amazon EKS cluster build, application onboarding and day-2 operations
Skills in Go programming language with IaC tooling such as CDK or Terraform CDK
Competency in CIA breadth across networking, compute and storage
Background in Active Directory sync, file system migration and application onboarding patterns
Knowledge of AWS IAM and automation
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Familiarity with AWS Database Migration Service for cross-cloud data movement
Understanding of Databricks on AWS, including cluster patterns and integration
Skills in DMS Time-Point Capture (TPC)
