Senior DevOps Engineer

About the job We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team responsible for our internal SonarQube platform — the tooling that helps engineering teams maintain code quality and security standards across the organization. Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office. Responsibilities Manage and evolve the GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes platform the service runs on Own central configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SonarQube Integrate and troubleshoot scanner execution in CI/CD pipelines Investigate issues including false positives/negatives in SAST scans Act as the vendor point of contact — managing issues, feature requests, and roadmap discussions Suggest and implement observability and platform improvements Requirements 3+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering Expertise in SonarQube administration and central configuration Hands-on proficiency in GCP and Kubernetes Skills in Helm, Terraform, and infrastructure as code Familiarity with application security and SDLC security practices, ideally SAST Competency in integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines Capability to script, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication Nice to have Knowledge of Go language for contributing to Piper We offer Engineering Heritage: Best-in-class experts sharing a culture of engineering excellence and tackling complex engineering challenges for over 30 years.
