Your Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of Kubernetes operations, infrastructure as code, observability, and release automation. You will drive security practices and incident response, with a strong focus on improving the reliability and efficiency of both development and production environments. A few examples of your responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate application testing, deployment, and release processes. Manage Kubernetes platforms, containerized workloads, and supporting cloud services. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Crossplane. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response practices to improve system reliability. Collaborate with development and security teams, provide technical guidance, and promote DevOps best practices. What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles. Strong experience with public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and container orchestration. Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform, Crossplane, or similar tools. Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms. Strong Linux administration, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security fundamentals. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or OpenTelemetry. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages. Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD or Flux. Experience troubleshooting distributed systems, production incidents, and performance issue. Nice to have Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator. Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS. Certifications in Terraform, Linux administration, security, or DevOps practices. Soft Skills That Make a Difference Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
