Senior Data Analyst - Supply Analytics

Accountabilities: Own and define supply performance metrics, including bookings, revenue performance, commission rates, availability, pricing competitiveness, and supplier reliability. Monitor and analyse changes in supply performance, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities before they impact business outcomes. Build self-service dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enable commercial teams to independently answer key business questions. Develop LLM-powered analytics tools and workflows by creating reliable metric definitions, validated queries, and domain-specific knowledge systems that improve stakeholder access to data. Standardise how supplier performance is measured, communicated, and used in internal decision-making and external partner discussions. Create business cases and commercial models to support negotiations, partnership strategies, integration prioritisation, and investment decisions. Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, to measure the impact of supply-side changes and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with supply managers, product teams, engineers, and analytics colleagues to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Share knowledge, improve analytical practices, and contribute to raising the overall analytics maturity of the organisation. Independently lead complex analytical projects from problem definition through implementation and communication of results. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience using data analytics to influence commercial, product, or business decisions. Strong ownership mindset with experience managing metrics, reporting frameworks, or analytical domains end-to-end. Advanced SQL skills and experience building data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience creating self-service tools and reports designed for non-technical stakeholders, with a strong focus on usability and business impact. Ability to build business cases, evaluate opportunities, model scenarios, and communicate clear recommendations. Working knowledge of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and basic statistical analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams. Ability to independently manage ambiguous, high-impact projects and deliver actionable insights. Experience building LLM-based analytics tools, such as AI agents, assistants, text-to-SQL workflows, or prompt-based data solutions, or a strong motivation to develop these capabilities. Experience with Python for analysis and automation is a plus. Previous experience in travel, online marketplaces, supply analytics, commercial analytics, or partner management environments is highly desirable.
