Senior AI Engineer - Professional Services

About the job For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $225,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases for AI solutions Design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using the the company platform Develop agents and applications using frameworks like Langgraph and CrewAI Build custom Generative AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems Serve as a subject matter expert on modern AI/ML development practices Ensure solutions are robust and align with customer business objectives Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in AI application development or machine learning engineering Master's Degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with the company AI Platform is a strong plus Understanding of MLOps principles and practices Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Flexible Time Off Program Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
