About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our Workday Practice at Kainos. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between data science and software engineering, focusing on deploying and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions within enterprise environments. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient AI-driven features that enhance our Workday offerings. You will play a crucial role in integrating AI models into production systems, optimizing their performance, and ensuring their ongoing stability and effectiveness.
