Semi-Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React) - Real Estate

Accountabilities: The role focuses on designing, developing, and improving full-stack applications that support critical operational processes while contributing to scalable architecture and engineering excellence. Design and develop full-stack features for internal platforms supporting finance, compliance, commissions, and transaction management workflows. Build scalable backend services, APIs, webhooks, and integrations with third-party platforms. Develop modern frontend applications, dashboards, and internal tools that provide visibility into operational and business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Contribute to platform architecture, data modeling, and technical solutions for complex transaction workflows. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices. Participate in technical discussions related to scalability, reliability, system design, and developer experience. Work effectively within a remote-first, asynchronous engineering environment. Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and software quality. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a versatile full-stack engineer with strong backend and frontend experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to independently deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development. Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue. Solid knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption. Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, with AWS experience preferred. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems or Model Context Protocol (MCP) services is a plus. Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or equivalent agentic solutions, for complex coding and architectural tasks. Experience working independently in remote-first, asynchronous teams. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with technologies such as Svelte, Cloudflare Workers, Azure Web Apps, automation platforms, observability tools, or analytics solutions is desirable. Experience integrating platforms such as Stripe, NetSuite, TotalBrokerage, or SkySlope is a plus.
