Sales Representative

Accountabilities: Own and execute the commercial growth strategy for the Brazilian market, ensuring the achievement of territory sales objectives and revenue targets. Build, manage, and maintain robust pipelines for both direct and indirect sales opportunities across multiple industries. Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound initiatives, industry events, and collaboration with marketing activities. Develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting long-term adoption and expansion of solutions. Manage and expand a network of channel and distribution partners, providing guidance and support to maximize market impact. Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and presentations at industrial sites throughout Brazil and South America. Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to increase brand visibility and strengthen market positioning. Collaborate with internal teams on sales initiatives, logistics coordination, and strategic projects to support business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably involving industrial products, complex technologies, or high-value commercial solutions. Demonstrated success in selling large contracts to corporate clients or government organizations. Experience in direct sales environments and managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage. International work experience or academic exposure abroad is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Strong relationship-building abilities with a proactive, independent, and customer-centric mindset. Ability to quickly understand different industries, operational processes, and customer challenges. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) nationally and internationally. Ability to work in industrial environments, including occasional physical activities such as carrying equipment and accessing operational sites. Previous experience in hardware and software sales, robotics, UAVs, ROVs, or related technologies is considered a plus.
