Robotics Systems Engineer at BairesDev As a Robotics Systems Engineer, you will focus on the design and integration of complex robotic systems, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software components. You will play a key role in developing autonomous behaviors and optimizing system performance for real-world industrial applications. What You'll Do Architect and integrate end-to-end robotics systems, bridging the gap between hardware interfaces and high-level software logic. Develop and optimize navigation and perception pipelines using ROS or ROS2 to enhance autonomous capabilities. Create high-fidelity simulations in environments like Gazebo or NVIDIA Isaac Sim to validate motion planning and system behaviors. Design and implement real-time software components that handle complex kinematics and trajectory execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define system requirements, safety standards, and hardware-software integration protocols. Troubleshoot and refine robotic performance through rigorous testing in both simulated and physical environments. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on robotics or hardware-integrated environments. Proven expertise in developing robotics systems using C++ and Python. Hands-on experience with ROS or ROS2 for navigation, motion planning, and perception. Proficiency in using simulation tools such as Gazebo or NVIDIA Isaac Sim for real-time systems. Advanced proficiency in English.
