About the job Summary: The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will serve as the pivotal technical leader responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep hands-on expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. The CTO will lead engineering teams, oversee full-stack development, manage cloud and cybersecurity operations, and ensure seamless integration of ERP and enterprise platforms. By aligning technology strategy with business goals, the CTO will foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organization.
