Remote Senior Software Engineer, DevOps

About the job We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform capabilities that support our products. Key Responsibilities Include Architecting secure, scalable cloud solutions and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Enhancing CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation. Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Implementing security best practices, managing incidents, and conducting root cause analysis. Mentoring engineering teams, creating documentation, and promoting operational standards. Supporting production operations, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting complex issues. Qualifications And Skills Include 5+ years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps roles. Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and security practices. Proficiency with Linux, command-line tools, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and source control (Git). Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and ability to collaborate across teams. Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. This role requires a pragmatic, technically deep professional capable of driving infrastructure improvements, supporting operational excellence, and mentoring teams to ensure reliable, secure cloud platforms.
