About The Role We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our core team at micro1. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, orchestrating containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker, and automating operational tasks to ensure high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating reliable deployment processes, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicating complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI infrastructure and work within a dynamic, innovative environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments. Deep expertise in Azure DevOps tools and services is essential, alongside advanced proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. Candidates should have experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security best practices. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving is highly valued. Relevant Azure or Kubernetes certifications are considered a plus. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to support micro1’s AI platform and services. Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools to facilitate reliable and efficient application deployment. Orchestrate and manage containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes and Docker to ensure seamless scaling and deployment. Monitor system performance, automate operational tasks, and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high system availability. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices. Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity through robust security measures, regular audits, and backup/recovery strategies. Document processes, configurations, and solutions comprehensively, and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Benefits micro1 offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
