About this role
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability and availability of critical technical assets. This role involves analyzing data from maintenance applications to identify and prevent recurring issues, working closely with technical department managers to advise on budgeting for replacement investments and predictive maintenance. Responsibilities include budgeting for reliability projects, ensuring the quality of PO plans for critical assets, integrating predictive and condition-based monitoring techniques like thermography, ultrasound, and vibration analysis, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset through innovation and process enhancements. The role also involves coaching and leading a team of reliability technicians.
