The System-on-Chip group based in Zurich and Neuchâtel is looking for a passionate hands-on digital architect who can take ownership of complex SoC designs and reinforce a team of highly experienced experts by driving design activities independently. Your mission You are eager to take ownership of complex system-on-chip developments and contribute to cutting-edge integrated circuit design? Your responsibilities Take ownership of the specification, architecture definition and design of advanced mixed-signal circuits for industrial and research projects Actively participate in project acquisition, bringing strong technical credibility towards partners and customers Collaborate closely with our experts in RF, analog, software and system design Work with international customers, universities and research institutes Innovate, think out of the box, challenge yourself Your profile Know-how Ms or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (electronics, microelectronics) Several years of experience in the design of CMOS digital or mixed-signal circuits Strong expertise in RTL design and verification, with focus on low-power architectures Solid experience in high-level modelling and system simulation Background in digital signal processing and/or communication systems is a plus Interpersonal skills Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team of experts Structured thinking and ability to handle complex systems Team player with flexibility and commitment to project success Motivation to learn from experienced designers and progressively take leadership CSEM mission and values Our mission is the development and transfer of innovative technologies to the Swiss industry.
