Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Enterprise Healthcare

Accountabilities: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within assigned mid-enterprise healthcare accounts by developing strategic relationships, managing sales opportunities, and delivering successful customer outcomes. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across assigned healthcare accounts within the Western United States. Build and execute territory and account strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare executives, IT leaders, clinical leaders, security teams, and business stakeholders. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple buyers and departments, including technology, finance, compliance, revenue cycle, and patient services teams. Deliver product demonstrations and coordinate evaluation activities in partnership with solution engineering teams. Negotiate contracts, manage customer engagements, and successfully close new business opportunities. Expand revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts and partner relationships. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information, and opportunity records using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage account knowledge, resolve customer challenges, and accelerate sales execution. Consistently achieve or exceed booking targets while maintaining strong sales discipline and operational excellence. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in healthcare technology, complex solution selling, and executive-level relationship management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and accurately forecasting revenue performance. Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and buying groups. Demonstrated success selling to senior healthcare executives, including CIOs, CMIOs, CMOs, CNIOs, CNOs, and security leaders. Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong executive presence. Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Located within the assigned territory and available for up to 50% travel. Benefits: Fully remote opportunity with flexibility to work from within the United States.
