Accountabilities: The Regional Sales Manager - Indirect & Wholesale Dealership Support will be responsible for expanding dealer relationships, supporting channel growth, and leading a regional sales team. This role requires strong partnership-building skills, sales execution expertise, and the ability to align multiple teams toward shared business objectives. Serve as the primary strategic contact for an acquired dealer floorplan portfolio and support relationship expansion initiatives. Lead outreach, positioning, and growth discussions to introduce and strengthen the full indirect product offering. Partner with local sales representatives to coordinate dealer engagement strategies and improve market coverage. Act as a key connection point between commercial floorplan teams and indirect sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Educate dealership partners on broader relationship opportunities and identify cross-selling opportunities. Gather market insights and recommend improvements to programs, pricing strategies, and processes. Directly manage a team of 3–5 sales representatives focused on priority regions. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and leadership support to drive team effectiveness. Influence and support additional regional sales representatives to ensure consistent messaging and dealer engagement. Monitor sales performance, market penetration, goals, and business development activities. Partner with internal teams on recruiting, employee development, and retention initiatives. Manage regional sales budgets and related expenses effectively. Adapt to changing business priorities and support additional initiatives as needed. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a background in indirect lending, dealership relationships, and team management. This position requires strong communication skills, business development expertise, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with external and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years managing a sales team. Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect lending, dealer development, automotive finance, or related fields. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to coach teams, improve performance, and execute regional sales strategies. Experience managing dealer relationships and identifying business growth opportunities. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business productivity applications. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with organizational goals.
